Friday Night Dustin is a special mod of Friday Night Funkin’ (FNF), combining the vibrant rhythm of FNF with the haunting storyline of Undertale: Dusttale. After more than a year and a half of development, the demo has finally been released, giving the gaming community a first look at the tense story, unique mechanics, and over 20 songs that will appear in the full release.

Friday Night Dustin Story

Inspired by the Dusttale timeline, the mod takes players into a reality where Sans has lost faith in humanity. After witnessing his fellow humans being slaughtered time and time again, Sans decides to leave his passivity behind and embark on his own genocide journey. His goal: to accumulate EXP and power to end the threat from humanity once and for all.

But on Friday Night Dustin, Sans faces a different opponent than the familiar protagonist of Undertale. Instead, Boyfriend – who Chara has taken over after falling into the Underground while running away from his girlfriend’s murderer – becomes the new challenger. This encounter is not only dramatic but also heartbreaking, as players must overcome dark melodies and overwhelming visuals.
